Rocketfish Wireless Rear Speaker System
allows you to send a wireless signal from a sender unit connected to your receiver to your rear satellite speakers. Gives you full surround sound w/out running wires all over the place. The front speakers connect to receiver as normal. The rear speakers connect to the sender unit and transmit the signal to the rear via a receiver which connects to your rear speakers. It’s not “true” wireless, but it’s pretty close. It keeps you from having to run wires from your receiver to the rear satellites.

Recommend: You may need to purchase add’l speaker wire. The included wires are short and may not reach to your desired location

I am looking for a good speaker system for an ipod shuffle and was wondering if anyone knew any? Cuz the only way to listen to some of my music is either through my laptop or ipod shuffle…and I don’t feel like blasting my ears out with the shuffle so yeah a little help please! ^^’

get the altec lansing speakers. they are pretty good.
and you can plug in 35mm jack.
So, it doesn’t even matter what player you have.
anyplayer with 35mm jack will do that

I have a x-230 logitech sound system. The subwoofer blew and is garbage. i dont have it anymore. I got the sound system playing again but its connected straight to my laptop with out an amp. Does anyone know how i can build an amp for these speakers. Each speaker is 6 watts. And also a schematic of how to put it all together.
Could i use something like the mint tin amp by MAKE magazine? if so can anyone provide me with a proper schematic.

Not worth building anything for 6 W speakers. Spend $20-$50 and go buy a set of powered-PC speakers!!

Most on-line amp designs are for at least 30W per channel, if not more.
