what does oxy cable for Home theater systems means?

Sales Rep told me that it gives more quality output, is that true? and How to identify the given cable as oxy cable?

I think this cable is specially made by which it prevents oxydization itself.
The wire is specially plated with a thin layer of gold, which prevents corrosion.
At the new position, every wire is not corpode, so they provide well conductivity but as they grow older, they get corrode. But oxy cables are not the usual.
I have no ideas how to identify them except the company or agency provide stamps on package.

I think you have 2 terms wrong which is causing confusion.

"Oxygen Free Speaker Wire" – This is speaker wire.

All copper oxidizes. Every year or so you usually have to cut the dark-brown ends off, strip the insulation back to expose bright copper and re-attach.

They have found that oxidization starts when the copper is made. But if they inject some neutral gas around the molten copper – the oxidization takes a lot longer to start.

So "oxygen free" wire tends to oxidize less quickly.

It has nothing to do with "quality output".
