What surround sound system do you recommend?
I want to get a surround sound system for my TV. My room isn’t made for home theater and its a medium sized living room (around 21 feet in length and 17.5 feet width – facing the TV). My TV is a 52" and I prefer the brand Bose. Please give me a link to the product, also budget doesn’t really matter for me.
Thanks you guys.
Agree with the other posters; Bose is overpriced and underperforming. Seriously though, why on earth do you prefer Bose??? Have you seen the components in those multi-thousand-dollar Lifestyle systems? Some of them are worse than my old cheapo computer speakers!!!

I personally really like onkyo, you can’t beat the price and what you get is amazing. http://www.amazon.com/Onkyo-HT-S6200-7-1-Channel-Entertainment-Receiver/dp/B002C73WS6/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1255820958&sr=8-3
if you like bose, and can afford it. this is the top http://www.amazon.com/Onkyo-HT-S6200-7-1-Channel-Entertainment-Receiver/dp/B002C73WS6/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1255820958&sr=8-3. you may also want to check out some sound bars.

Bose is not really a very good brand of speakers and they are over prices. Go online to Home Theater Magazine and read the reviews on products they test. Each time I am ready to buy my electronic components I read the reviews. This also depends on your personal budget for the equipment you want. I prefer a separate receiver and speaker system and not one of them home theater in a box which is not very flexible for upgrades. For a receiver and speaker set up, I do recommend the Onkyo HT-S5200 for $499 or the HT-S6200 for another $100. The $100 is allot of upgrade for this system DD & DTS HD 7.1 surround sound. Fry’s Electronic carry the system. Hope this will help you out.

I would go with a Onkyo Integra Receiver and an Aperion speaker system Aperion will blow Bose out of the water, and lots of other brands also.
