How can I get my surround sound headphones repaired?

I have $200 5.1 Dolby Digital surround sound headphones and I dropped them and the right ear’s sound is messed up, but the left one is fine. How can I get them fixed? I called a computer shop and they said they don’t do that.

Buy a new one, it’s not worth fixing. The repair cost is probobly more than buying a new one. Parts are inexpensive and labor is the most expensive.

    Warranty ?

You most likely broke the internal speaker part(s) & not the wires.

Send it back or buy a new set.

Chances are when you dropped them the lead wires going to the right driver got disconnected from the driver itself. I would open up the right cup and look for wires going nowhere and connect them to the driver in the right ear by soldering or small pieces of electrical tape.
